Account information (your email address and sign-in method), and the content you create: captured thoughts, voice recordings and transcripts, responses to questions, better-case statements, actions, evidence entries, and app activity such as XP and streaks.
Your data is used only to run the app for you: displaying your history and evidence, generating AI reflections and questions, transcribing voice input, and tracking your progress. We do not sell your data and we do not use your content for advertising.
When you use voice input, your audio is sent to a speech-to-text provider solely to transcribe it. Text you enter is sent to AI models solely to generate the reflections, questions, and better-case drafts you request. Audio is not stored after transcription.
Your data is stored in our cloud backend with row-level access controls, meaning your entries are readable only by your account. We use encryption in transit and industry-standard safeguards.
We do not share your personal content with third parties except the service providers needed to operate the app (hosting, authentication, transcription, and AI processing), and only to the extent needed to provide those services.
You can view all of your content inside the app, and you may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Deletion removes your thoughts, evidence, and profile from our systems.
1440 Mind Hack is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
